The only way to view current RFPs and purchasing contracts digitally is to register and be approved as a city vendor, which requires a valid city business permit, an exhaustive webform, an application fee, and up to two weeks to be approved. Once approved, you may then view the RFPs and procurement data via a closed vendor portal, but not in tabular form.
